The Mancheser Art Gallery label is identical to one on Santa Maria Dei Monti, Perugia (1899). The frame is very similar to that of From a balcony at Perugia (1911) and Landscape with winding road (undated).

I cannot decipher all of the inscription but I am reasonably confident the final word reads as ‘Arezzo’, which is a city in eastern Tuscany. That would fit well with Isabel Dacre’s known subject matter. Hope that helps a little. Kind regards, Grant Waters.
