A portrait of Dame Millicent Garrett Fawcett appeared briefly on a dealer’s web site [Richard Taylor Fine Art], but was then removed. [Note, 1 Jul 2022: the work reappeared on the web site today; 7 Mar 2023: the portrait has since been acquired by the Palace of Westminster.]
This appears to be the ‘other’ portrait of Dame Millicent, as listed in the posthumous studio sale catalogue, 1934, a slightly smaller version than the one acquired by the Tate in 1930. It is listed on this web site as Portrait of Dame Millicent Garrett Fawcett (Westminster).
There is an essay on Millicent, the Pankhursts and Annie on the Tate’s Chronicle250 page for 1930.
