A portrait of Dame Millicent Garrett Fawcett appeared briefly on a dealer’s web site [Richard Taylor Fine Art], but was then removed. [Note, 1 Jul 2022: the work reappeared on the web site today.]
This appears to be the ‘other’ portrait of Dame Millicent, as listed in the posthumous studio sale catalogue, 1934, a slightly smaller version than the one acquired by the Tate in 1930. It is listed on this web site as Portrait of Dame Millicent Garrett Fawcett (holding a quill).
There is an essay on Millicent, the Pankhursts and Annie on the Tate’s Chronicle250 page for 1930.
